"Just moved into a new home in DC and called these folks because they were on the sticker on the HVAC unit. Turns out they installed one of the HVAC systems in my new home last year and from what I can tell did a fantastic job and it works GREAT!! Had them come to check out the two HVAC units in the house and the boiler. Guy that came was nice, professional, and VERY helpful. When talking over the phone with them they were very professional and responsive. I definitely feel comfortable with this company and will always use them when I need help with my HVAC."

"So first off, a snafu with Angie's list, and the price listed on the site was not what the company said it was supposed to be. It still was reasonable enough so I asked the gentleman to come by and do the work. Sergey was prompt, very efficient, methodical, and we could see the attention to detail he gave to his craft. Even though the initial ask was just for cleaning, Sergey showed us the videos and black spots marking mold in our system, so we had him add that work of fumigating to the same visit. Will use again when needed."

"High-end LG dryer is only 5 years old. Our dryer was not generating heat. Had another company look at the dryer - heating element had gone bad. Replacing that resulted in heat, but it still wasn't drying fully - things were coming out just slightly damp. He suggested calling Dryer Vent Wizard to inspect the vent line, suspecting it was clogged. Dryver Vent Wizard came out day after I called them and showed me that only a little bit of air was coming out of the vent outside. Cleaning out the vent resulted in about 4 gallons of dust/lint. Result was a lot more air coming out of the vent after the blockage was removed. He explained that a blocked vent is likely to have caused the heating element to overheat and fail. Full drying test still needs to be done, but it looks like a no-brainer."

"Setting up the service was an efficient process with the representative listening to what we needed done and providing a (reasonable) price over the phone. On the day of our service, the two-man crew was punctual, friendly and efficient. We initially walked through the house identifying all the registers and discussing the process. They then went to work and continued diligently and efficiently for over four hours. We were impressed with their attention to detail and care for our house (covering their shoes with "botties" when coming in from the wet outside; laying down when they started, a drop cloth by our front door where they stationed their heavy-duty HEPA vacuum; and then going around after they finished to vacuum bits of dust and paint that had fallen on our floors near registers that had been detached).
