"Contacted MR Brazell & described carport's deteriorating condition. Within 24-hours MR Brazell arrived & provided an on scene eval of the structure + cost estimate for repair. The next day work was begun. Both sides of the roof's overhang were cleaned & reattached. Vinyl tiles were replaced as necessary. Rotting wood was removed from the weather side of the carport & replaced with new treated planking. A drip cap was installed along the lower edge of the entire roof to prevent further weather/moisture damage. The project's cost estimate/completion date was 100% accurate. The damage to the structure was the result of careless construction by the original contractor."

Additional Handyman work was done: Small window replacement, broke the gate, didn't complete fixing the electrical in the garage, railings on deck and check if deck up to code. She let barrow pole pruner to order a part to fix and never delivered. Also paid for the wood and was to get a refund. Never did. So is willing to have sp make it right with window, gate , railings and the pole pruner. If not willing to work it out $600."
