"One of the slates that goes from post to post was broken. Then the slates that are vertical that makes the fence itself. Those were like two or three of those were damaged. So just one of those kind of walls needed repairs and a couple of other slates. What they did was come out and we have kind of a scalloped fence. So some of the different vertical pieces are different lengths and they had to measure these and replace those. What was nice about that was that we didn't have to be there for that . They just came and got a sense of where it was and did an estimate. So it was all done over the phone. That was pretty nice. One big reason why I will recommend them to a family member is because they have a pretty good eye as to how fences kind of decay or get destroyed over time. They kind of do a different thing like they build up the cement in the post holes all the way to the top. Other companies fill the hole to the top with dirt then grass just so you don't see the concrete in them. But though that kind of looks pretty good. It also retains moisture so the post will rot because of it. I get the sense that the way they build the fence last longer."

"My garage door had hail damage and the HOA chose the company to replace the doors. I was told that only two door panels would be replaced, but when the tech come, he brought a new door. I was not prepared, so he left and the office called to reschedule day and had to reschedule the time twice. I rescheduled with the sales rep, Jason Jones. He was courteous and understanding. The service tech., Brad #253, was professional, courteous, and friendly. He removed the old door and replaced it with a new door. He was very tidy and cleaned the work area. He explained how to operate the door opener and the safety features. I was very happy with the work Brad did and would recommend this company. <br />"

"They did a great job, working quickly and professionally. I can really tell a difference in the garage temperature with the new doors - warmer in winter; cooler when hot out. The installer also took time with me to discuss operation and maintenance. One detail I would like to discuss: The double garage floor wasn't level due to settling over the years, and the old door had been modified with wood shims at the bottom to make it seal better at the ends. A All Star listened to me when I asked about the sealing with the new door and discussed options with me, and we ended up using a higher grade seal to better accommodate the end mismatch. I felt that one of the other companies I talked to was dismissive of my concern and didn't seriously address it. I am happy to report that the seal is working very well, and I am very glad we went with it. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their service and will not hesitate to recommend them to others."
