They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

They set me up for 2 quote appointments. 1 of which was without follow-up correspondence for 2 days. The second, they messaged me 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to tell me they were running late due to another job. I had already made arrangements with my employer to leave early and left. That was May 10th. They never showed up and have not returned my correspondence (not answered calls, voicemails, or texts). It is now a week later and still nothing. I am not sure what happened between 2020 and now, but I would expect at least a minimum level of courtesy as a repeat customer who has referred them to other people as well. "
