"I called for an estimate Brian came out the next day.  He determined the floor needed cleaned and re-sealed.  There were also a few spots that the grout had deteriorated and needed replaced.  He gave me a couple of options and then scheduled the work.  Our daughter was getting married two weeks later and we wanted to have the floor cleaned before hosting a brunch for her the day after her wedding.  Even though it was a tight schedule, Brian worked us in and did a wonderful job. <br />"

"Initial appointment was for the estimate.  Cost was a little higher than we expected, but in the end - it was worth it.  We were able to schedule the work right away.  They had to re-set a few tiles.  Those had to cure a few days prior to grinding.  Actual grind and polish was scheduled for the next week.  Arrived on time and ready to go.   <br /> For the 120 SF entry way, they spent approx 5-6 hours on day 1.  This included prepping, grinding and polishing.  The transformation was amazing!!  They came back on day 2 to seal the tile, grout and caulk.  That took approx 3 hours. <br /> Excellent experience.  Great people to work with.  Very professional and helpful. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Everyone at Artistic was fantastic. Megan, Steve, and the whole install team was responsive, helpful and understood our needs. We selected remnants from their warehouse shop to save where we could. We visited the warehouse on several occasions, each time being helped by Steve or Megan. If you are needing to visit a "fancy" showroom of quartz or granite this is not your place. But if you want quality workmanship, friendly service and affordable stone then Artistic should be your first choice. Our GC was impressed at the seams and built in brackets. The price was similar to a big box store but we had more selection and I believe in supporting local businesses. We are so glad that we chose Artistic."

"Wonderful!  Jeri was fantastic, got me a quote very quickly and patiently answered all of my questions.  I had three quotes - Classic Stone and one other were nearly identical and we went with them because of their responsiveness.  <br /> <br /> We met Jeri at the warehouse to look at slabs and found an absolutely amazing one with blue, grey, and brown swirls - it was so much better than the plain color we would have gotten.  <br /> <br /> On install day, they showed up right on time and were done and cleaned up shortly after lunch.  <br /> <br /> We could not have been happier with the entire process!"

"I got four estimates for the kitchen counter granite replacement and Mr. Wadman (the owner) was the only one of the four who came to the house to measure my kitchen. His price was not the very cheapest but was within $300 of the cheapest. He suggested that since I needed 73 sq.ft. of granite and it comes in pieces that are about 50 sq.ft. each, the extra that I would have already paid for could be made into a bath countertop for nothing extra and I would just pay for the sink to be undermounted. Also, it turns out that Cornerstone Granite does not charge extra for most special edges (that other places want to charge much more to put on). We went out to their location in Greenfield to choose the exact granite we wanted and saw the undermount sinks that would be installed too. There was about 2 weeks between the careful measurement and the finished granite countertops. They tore out the laminate countertops and installed the new granite ones all in one day. They arranged for the plumber to come out the next day after installation to replumb the new faucets and garbage disposal. They were very profession and did a fast, efficient job. The result looks very good. And we are very satisfied with the work that was done by Cornerstone. <br />"

"Olympia Stone is fantastic from the initial consultation to the finished product! We really wanted a thicker, mitered edge on our island and two companies who worked with our remodeling company were reluctant to do it (one had not done this type of edge frequently and even wanted us to sign a waiver form if anything happened to the stone).  I found Olympia Stone through Angie?s List and contacted them. Maryellen in the front office was terrific! She not only assured me that Olympia could do this edge, she indicated that they recommend this edge for center islands because it makes such a statement and that they do this edge frequently. I knew I had found the right company for the job! Bill even provided finished samples of the edge using the granite we had chosen which solidified our confidence even more. When it came to templating, James was fantastic and Matt, one of the owners, even helped us when we had to specifiy the section of the granite we wanted cut. The installation crew was top-notch, too! Chris, the self-proclaimed ?granite n***? was so enthusiastic and accomodating :) He was just as excited, if not more, about the finished product because of the beautiful job his crew had done. I can?t say enough about Olympia Stone; I wouldn't even consider another company for any future granite needs! <br />"

"We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work. Jeremy and Ryan started by taping plastic barriers to the rest of the house to limit dust spreading through the home (which worked well.) They then installed cement board carefully and then the tile floors. They laid the tile down in an intricate pattern after taking time to demonstrate what different patterns would look like. Everything about the new flooring is beautiful. The transitions to the connecting rooms are great. They installed new moulding around the cabinet kickplates that looks like it should have always been there. The tile backsplash they installed above our new countertops couldn't possibly look better. The detailing of the backsplash was superb. They were always friendly and clean. It's obvious that the quality of their work was very important to them. Note: the price below includes that price of the tile, for which Jeremy got a good discount."
