"Brothers Exterior did a fantastic job on our complete residing and new gutter project. They were professional, efficient, and affordable. They met every commitment they made and went above and beyond with any curveball that arose. The finished product is awesome, the cleanup was perfect, and the house looks excellent. I would highly recommend this group for any project that they can help you with. I intend to use them again on an upcoming roofing job I have planned. Great company and great people.!"

"Roof work has been good so far. Drywall and bathroom work quality was very poor, with amateur level mistakes. Regular drywall was used above a fireplace, not fire rated drywall. When pointing out it was not up to code they tore it down and redid it correctly. The wrong bathtub was purchased and installed. It turned out the bathtub we wanted was a special order. Instead of stopping and asking us what we wanted to do, they bought and installed a completely different bathtub. The correct one was then ordered and eventually installed. Used galvanized steel on tub hardware install, leading to brown water on first operation, the plumber that fixed their work said the only way that was possible was if it was re-used from another job. Bathtub surround tile job was poorly done and did not match quality shown on Facebook, no spacers or edgers used. Not even a month later and grout is cracking and coming out. Overall a very poorly done, rushed job."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Whitelaw, WI

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
