I'd priced a few roofing companies and thought this project to be out of reach but was pleasant surprised after talking to the guys at Perfection. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too.
