"They sure took their time in doing things. Left things in the yard like screens that weren't damaged. didn't clean up messes. Didn't do add-ons I asked for. Did things I didn't want. No communication unless I called them. Mostly that is how contractors operate so I don't hold it against them too much We'll see when the bill comes. They should hire a woman to do their cleaning for them.

"I decided not to use him although he looked excellent.  He quoted me about $15,000 for the job, which just included the labor and not the materials.  He seemed knowledgeable and pretty easy going.  He was willing to be flexible in his work schedule and accommodated whatever I needed to have done.  He just seemed professional and bright.  He’s been very responsive and he returned all my phone calls.  I guess I chose not to hire him because the time line when I needed the work done was difficult for him.  His punctuality and professionalism were excellent.  He showed up on time.  I will absolutely use him again in the future."

"Very well. Great communication the entire time. There were some time set backs due to the pandemic but we were notified of all progress as the job went along. Photos and videos were uploaded to the app they use to keep us informed. The work site was clean and orderly the entire time as well. No issues with debris in the yard or driveway. "I was very disappointed with the person that came out, I did not have them do the work due to the unprofessional behavior and their suggestion of just "throwing up" a carport, when I asked for a quote on a garage and retaining wall to prevent the hill from sliding and give me a secure place for tools and the car. His proposal was to  tie on to the roof of the house and span the carport 16 feet with out further support. He did not measure until I gave him a tape measure and then said he didn't need to take notes, he could remember it. Upon leaving insisted on a $100 deposit for the quote, sorry to say I paid him and then he left. 2 weeks later he emailed a 4 line quote without specifics. I feel robbed"
