He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. Tony, his son, and Cody were extremely, polite, professional, and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and told me to be sure and call them it there were any problems. I would definitely hire them again."

They focused on the work, finished early and were able to take on additional small projects at a reasonable price."

He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. Originally only need a patio door handle replaced but added the screen repair after thinking about it. Prior to arriving, he asked for photos to be emailed for his an assessment. We sent and arranged for a time slot. He arrived on time and began. Installation was quick and professional. The screen was replaced inside the original frame, which saved us money.
