"We found C&C Sprinkler through Angie's List before any contact with the company. After calling to set up an appointment, Craig arrived exactly on time and gave us a very reasonable bid. While talking with him, we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of sprinklers and what our yard needed (7 zones and 30 some sprinklers). He gave us a plan of date ranges and what would occur. The "company" is he and his wife. He promised that he would do our installation within a few weeks (as he had several other installations ahead of us). A couple of weeks later he called to let us know that the "dig safe" crew would be out in a couple of days to flag the yard and reminded us to mow before they arrived. He told us that he would be out that Thursday between 7-8am and would have it installed by the end of day on Friday. Thursday morning came and he arrived exactly at 7:00. He was able to begin work and his wife arrived at 8:00. About an hour later, a tremendous thunderstorm was heading for our neighborhood so they went home which pushed the installation time frame out a bit. He called that evening to let us know that they would be out the next morning at 7:00. They arrived at 7:00 and worked extremely hard, long hours in 100+ heat. They came back at 7:00am on Saturday to finish and were completely done by 10:00am. They showed us each zone and sprayer and explained how to set the timer, etc. They left the user manual and also placed their business sticker on the electronic box in the garage so we would always have a way to reach them if we had questions. We will have them out this fall to shut it down as his maintenance prices were very reasonable. All his work comes with a one year guarantee. I was very impressed with his professionalism and keeping us informed. We did have one other company give us a bid which was about $2,000 higher."

The man they sent out was surly and very unprofessional, to the point when I asked him questions about the service, he turned confrontational. Service was performed, and a few days later the appropriate documentation for the valve testing arrived along with the invoice. Tendercare is a well ran business. They installed my sprinkler system 4 years ago, and I've never had a problem with it. They even came back and raised up some of the valve boxes after they settled. They stand behind their work."
