"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "Where to begin....the short review: My husband and I highly recommend Alamo Exteriors! They do exceptional work and their entire team is very easy to work with and very professional. <br /> The details: We spent a lot of time trying to analyze whether to put money into our existing home or sell it and start fresh and buy a newer home. We finally decided to remodel our home. We received about 4 or 5 quotes from various siding companies. They all had their stories to tell about what they could do for us and what it would cost. We decided to go with <strong>Mark Belto and Alamo Exteriors</strong>. Mark explained, in great detail, the process by which they would install the new windows, siding, and our new screened-in patio. He wasn't the least expensive, but he wasn't the most either. Mark was always very polite, informative, and always accessible. He even gave us his cell number and would stay in touch with us, even over holiday weekends. He came by the house regularly to check on the progress and would call us to keep us informed of the progress. He has a keen eye for detail and always made sure our requests were dealt with, and always with a sense of urgency. In addition, all of his workers that we met were extremely polite, responsive, and easy to talk to. I was impressed by the way Mark talked to his workers as well. They all love him. He never talked down to them, but spoke with each of them as an equal when explaining what he wanted from them. They are a great team! "I called Brent based on good Angie's reviews, and a neighbor's recommendation who previously contracted with him.  He came to the house to meet my insurance adjuster, and me, on a Sunday.  He worked with the adjuster and they agreed on the scope and price.  My only payment was my deductible.  His crew arrived when scheduled, worked 2 days and cleaned up the yard afterward.  I paid him whenever I received an insurance check.  It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend him to anyone.  I definitely would use him again, but probably won't need to. :)"

"<p>The Re-Bath unit installation went very well, even with a few normal glitches along the way. After the unit was installed I changed my mind about the wall surround for the unit. Originally, I wanted to install ceramic tile. However, after some thought along with input from Heath at A.H.I., I decided to have them install the manufactured wall tile surround designed for the unit. That was a very wise decision.</p> <p>The unit installation required some serious modifications to the sewer connection. Their in-house plumber did a superb job of taking care of that problem and the connection of the water supply lines. After the unit was installed, one of their trim guys took over and did a fantastic job of trimming out the whole thing. It looks great and I make a point to show it off to anyone who comes to visit. All the trim molding work in the kitchen and hallway was done beyond what I expected. Very high quality work.</p> <p>By the way, the work of tearing out my old bathtub and preparing for the new unit was really neat to watch. Imagine using a sledge hammer to literally bust out a cast iron tub. Then, in order to bring the Re-Bath tub into the bathroom, part of the bathroom wall which opens into the hallway had to be literally cut out after removing the door molding. They restored the cut-out as if it never happened. Believe it or not, through all the above, not one ceramic floor tile was cracked or even scratched and not one scratch on the cabinet fronts or the fake marble counter top.</p> <p>I'm not kidding, these guys are good.</p> <p>Yes, their product is a little higher priced than maybe going to a big box store, buying a generic unit and paying someone to put it in. BUT, consider this, all the men I observed doing my job knew their job and knew how to do it right. If you want cheap, then buy cheap. That's what you will get. But, if you want it right, then be willing to pay the price to have it done right, plus the very attractive warranty which came with my unit.</p> <p>You may ask if I am happy with my Re-Bath walk-in tub. Happy doesn't even begin to describe how much I have enjoyed it in the months since it was installed. It has been a literal life-saver for me. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.</p>"
