"We just had the roof redone on our 2012 park model by German Roofing. Price quoted was fair and reasonable. Appointment times were made and kept throughout the process. They used 30# felt, 30 year shingles, replaced all the vent caps and replaced sheets of wood in 3 places. They shared pictures before, during and upon completion of the roof. Area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication between the office and me was excellent. We had a final inspection, with answers to all my questions, about a week after the job was completed and final payment was made then. Highly recommend this company."

"Glenn and his crews did a great job replacing our 30 year old roofing. In all honestly, I contacted Glenn over a year ago and he provided me an estimate then for the roof. We saved our money and were able to move forward with the roofing project in May (over 1 year later). This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"They took about 5 days to remove the old tile and install the new tile roof. The installation is more difficult than most roofs, because the first and second floor have hip roofs. Since I'm retired I was able to watch the entire construction project, and I observed a very professional installation of the new roof.
