Provenza floors can only be cleaned with their product and it is a floor that needs to be oiled. It is very labor-intensive. I am so impressed at the hard work and dedication and commitment to that Chuck and his team did in restoring our floor. It looks absolutely beautiful. They are top-notch professionals. Respectful, courteous and attentive to small details. You will not be disappointed if you hire them to do your wood floors, tiles or carpet. They previously cleaned all of our tile tiles and carpet carpets as well. We couldn’t be more pleased."

"I can highly recommend Kevin and Brilliant Epoxy Floors. From my first phone call through a number of iterations Kevin was patient; honest and answered all my questions. I decided to visit his showroom (met me on a Holiday) to see the options and the colors although his website is very clear. I decided to go with the 5 layer full chip seal, although the partial chip which was a little cheaper may have worked. In the end I was happy I did so as the finished floor looks great and has a 15 year warranty. (he has been around 22 years). He asked for no money up front! Shows his ethics! His workers showed up on time on time and did an excellent job quickly. They took pride in their work and would explain the process and answer questions. They worked neatly and cleanly. Kevin also agreed to move the heavy things out, and more importantly back for a small charge which they did. There was a freezer; workbench; filing cabinet; metal shelves and the like. I had other quotes but Kevin was by far the friendliest and others would not agree to put heavy things back so they lost any chance. He also worked around my soft water cylinder promising to repair the floor if it was ever moved. I wish I had done it years ago, but I am very happy."

"I requested duct cleaning on 7 homes. Found out this week that I was invoiced and paid for all, but they were not all performed. Disappointed. I recommend you use a service that confirms the work with a camera image of the duct"

"**Complaint Summary:** Poor Quality Work and Unresponsive Service from Arrowhead Deck and Pools - DO NOT DO BUSINESS with THIS COMPANY! **Complaint Details:** We hired Arrowhead Deck and Pools to resurface our kool deck for over $9,500, expecting a high-quality, long-lasting result. However, within months, a large chunk of concrete was missing, and cracks appeared all over the deck. When we finally got a response after over seven months, their "fix" was to fill the cracks with caulk and paint over them, leaving the deck looking old and patchy. Additionally, our calls to owner John Trice have gone unanswered, and we have been unable to properly communicate with their contractor due to a language barrier. This company uses contractors whom do not speak English so beware! The promised project manager was only present once to collect payment. Furthermore, the drainage issues we were assured would be resolved with wider and additional drains have not been fixed, as water still pools on the deck. Every time we look at our deck we are disappointed makes us sick that we spent this much money on a horrible deck that has all sorts of issues. Horrible customer service! Save yourself lots of headaches do not use Arrowhead Deck & Pools!! Our experience with Arrowhead Deck and Pools has been extremely disappointing, and we urge others to avoid using their services."

"If you get your work done anywhere else, you don't care about quality. John is Good! He did both my floors and walls. It looks so good, I kind of want to leave the cars outside. He also has some very good conversations. I referred him to neighbors and recommend you use him too. "
