"I have used and now know many plumbing companies. They are all expensive but if I can't do the work myself, especially , when a permit is needed, then what else can I do. Allpro is not cheap or more expensive than any other plumbing company. At least they treated me very well. Rudy, my tech, was so friendly and informative. He even told me that I could leave for the first part of the project since it was outside and then return for the inside work. I needed that time to run errands before I couldn't leave. Very considerate. He explained everything he needed to do with my water heater to bring it up to city code and why. I must adhere to what the city code is whether I like it or not because rental property is a business and professionals like Rudy give me the information I couldn't know on my own. After his repairs I felt secure that my property and tenants are safe and comfortable and that is my responsibility. Just received the sink through mail order, ordered a new counter top for it and will let Al's Plumbing know when the sink is ready to hook up (included in the original price for the job). My preferred drywall repair, texturing and painting company "Success Painting" performed the drywall and paint work after the new plumbing was in place. Overall, extremely pleased with everyone's work and the end result."
