We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, updates/aesthetic regeneration, Arizona rooms, ADA compliant reconfiguration, and smaller upgrades, such as flooring, cabinetry and carpentry. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

While the first time the grout cracked, this company came out to fix it, the second time I was told it would be called "maintenance" and I would be charged, even though the work should still be under warranty. The first time it happened I was told that's common problem which surprised me. I don't think maintenance is an excuse for not fixing a problem created by the company. This was a special kind of grout and should not be cracking within months of the project's completion."
