"Just after Thanksgiving I got estimates for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. With this company, I paid almost 1/2 of the other estimates. His team member (Nick) came and replaced it in a very short time. Very professional and courteous. Before December was over, I needed a new hot water heater. I called Bob ~ one team immediately came out to assess what was needed. The next day the equipment was delivered and another team came & replaced it, leaving the area cleaner than they found it. Because the extended warranty I opted for was not immediately available from the manufacturer, Bob informed me I would not have to pay until that was received. Once it was available, Bob Olson himself came out to assist with filling it out & attaching the sticker to the new heater. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on.
