"I hired this pro because he was honest about how difficult it is to deal with cutting tile around faucets in these old houses. He recommended cutting a big portion so the tile could be repaired if it broke but I would need a tile person to come in and fill in the tile. When he heard it was my only bathroom he figured that he could pull the dishwasher in the kitchen and do the installation of faucet and shower head from the back wall without disturbing any of the tile. Even though he was more expensive I appreciated his problem solving and who knows how expensive it would have been to deal with damaged tile that was impossible to match? I am pleased with the results. My only criticism is that it was discovered there had been a mouse infestation behind and beneath the dishwasher and he charged me a large sum to clean that up. I did it because I didn’t want to stop the project but it seemed like $350 was a lot to charge me for that."

"Romine Contracting did a fantastic job on our bathroom. We had a leaky shower, so decided it was time to update our master bathroom. They brought our vision to life. The shower is beautiful, bathtub luxurious, and tile work is absolutely stunning. They obviously take a lot of pride in their work. We are so glad we found them to do our bathroom remodel."

"They also used quite a few a few different contractors so everything changed as we moved long. They installed things incorrectly the first time and had to go and purchase new material and do it all over again. It took about 4 months."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Living in STL city, I put it off as long as I could. Time to tackle the bathroom. We had our tub removed, and that revealed all kinds of plumbing problems, but The Shower Company upgraded the plumbing, installed a new subfloor, new flooring, a new shower kit, toilet snd vanity. The crew very nice, cleaned up after every step. My only regret is that I didn’t sit down and plan with the representative. I thought I had it under control. It started buying things on my own. That was my mistake. They worked with me. Did such a fabulous job. Yes, I would definitely hire them again right now. Pics to follow"
