"Top to bottom, the experience of working with Patio Enclosures (in Bensalem PA) was excellent--from sales advice and design, to the quality of the product, the installation, and the finished product. We are glad to have made this investment in our home with this company. Many different contractors were contacted, but it always involved selecting all materials that added cost. This company specializes in the patio enclosures and has their own frames (aluminum or vinyl--in 3 colors) with their own glass (single or double paned). Tom, the salesman was excellent, as was Dan (the manager) and the installers were courteous, capable, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend this company. Please keep in mind, however, that you must arrange for your own flooring and electricity and lighting--which is a small price to pay for the installation of a great and a reasonable system."

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. "The company provides a great product for sunrooms. All work for the project is included and partially done by subcontractors. Customer service has to be improved to avoid much of frustration. Our project took too long and we're not always treated in a friendly way."

"Smooth as can be. Peter handled all of the permit process with the City and coordinated the necessary sub contractors to build us a beautiful bathroom for our second bedroom. They protected all of our furniture and carpet with coverings and cleaned up nicely after work was completed. Highly recommend them would definitely use them for any future work."

"Everything went smoothly. Bathroom & Kitchen King finished the project within the estimated time frame and contracted budget. Vincent and Harry were very responsive and kept me informed. When Harry came to do the estimate, he left me with some contacts at vendors he works with so I could get an idea of the products available to me. He was proactive without being pushy which I really appreciated. Mike and CJ were the guys working in my house day to day. They worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day (I realize this benefitted them as well, but it was nice to not have to work around in-progress in a gutted kitchen for several weeks). If any issues arose, they consulted me, so there were never any surprises. Mike and CJ were very accommodating to me and my parents who live with me.
