"Floor looks amazing. There was a scheduling issue and communication issue. The date was promised via word of mouth (but never transferred to the contract) and told I'd be notified if anything changed. Needless to say I missed 1½ days of work waiting for the crew to show up. When I called, they assured me the VP would call to resolve the issue. It's been 17 days (and counting) so far and haven't had any kind of follow-up. Pleased with the work, extremely disappointed with the communication."

He showed up when he said he would -called if he was going to be late or had to shift times or days. Finished when he said he would. Troy went above and beyond to minimize dust in the house by installing a plastic hallway barrier to prevent the dust being too much for me as I have COPD. It is very evident from Troy and his crew’s overall demeanor that they enjoy what they do and do it VERY well!!!!!
