"I was so impressed at how quickly, Precision doors sent AJ to repair my garage doors. Our old company seemed to be out of business, so I found precision and I'm so glad. There is no comparison between quality two companies. AJ was prompt, kind, efficient. He wanted me to understand clearly what he intended to do in the way of repair. This is the time of year when I always have our garage doors inspected for problems, Fall before Winter can set in and make repairs possibly more difficult. AJ did a very thorough check. Before he did the check, he showed me everything that he was testing. Then, he looked for the best possible discount to bring the cost of the servicing and repair down. Again, I was very pleased about the discount. I hope that next year, we will see AJ again. But, I want to mention that the person who answered the phone also was very kind and gave me a much smaller range of time than my old company. With my old company, it was necessary to wait all day. "I was having a problem with my garage door opening in low temperatures.  My brother has recently had a garage door replaced so I called him for the name and number of the company that did the work.  I left a message with Darren on his cell phone number and he quickly returned my call.  He said his assistant was in the area and would stop by after he finished the job he was on.  I received a call from Mark and provided directions to my house.   <br /> Mark arrived quickly and examined the problem.  He cleaned the and oiled the tracks and pulleys.  He examined the 20 year old opener but found no problems.  He adjusted the opener.  The door worked fine and has continued to work despite continuing low temperatures.  Mark was on site less than 1 hour. <br />"
