"Universal Stone Inc. is easy to work with, the quartz stone is beautiful, I shop around with big box stores but decided with Universal Stone, I visited their warehouse/show room there you can see the full size stones not in stores where small sample size. Luke the sales person explained to me the process. Very responsive for any questions. There's a small hiccup in the installation but they take care of it fast. I highly recommend Universal Stone for any of your projects. Will definitely hire them again. My project is worth 7k+"

"Pablo was amazing! He had his work cut out for him. This project required leveling an old basement floor first, and working around a couple of other issues. He was on time. Extremely neat. "I scheduled an appointment with the sales rep, Darcy. She was prompt and very courteous. She showed me a lot of samples. She was helpful but is not a designer. I solicited her opinion but in no way did she give me a sales pitch. In some ways I would've felt more comfortable making a selection at that point if I had a designer at the house, but that's not their service so I understand. I went to their show room because my choice happened to be in one model kitchen. I spoke with the owner, Marla, who was helpful and honest regarding their product vs. traditional 2 or 3 cm granite. They showed me additional samples, but I stayed with my original selection. Aaron (installer) came in and spent HOURS creating a template, VERY meticulous and VERY polite. About 10 days later, Aaron and Luis came back to install my counters and backsplash. They were perfectionists just like one hopes for! They were very courteous and cleaned up beautifully. I really should've done this years ago!"
