He stuck to his word across everything, and we are in love with our new (and newly refinished) floors. We wanted a particular type of low VOC material used on the floor and he was very helpful in tracking it down and in helping to find an alternative when our first choice was not available locally. The job took two days, one day for sanding and one day for coating the floor. He made sure that the dust was contained in the work areas by taping up plastic covers for all openings and worked efficiently and as unobtrusively as possible, given the noise level inherent in this kind of work.
