"He told me how I could do it myself."

"Iâ m so glad that I took a chance and used this company. Berkshire Property Alliance will always be my first choice go to solution for all my future repair needs. James provided fast service at a fair price. He is courteous friendly knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. His number one goal is to do the job right and gain another satisfied customer."

"It is very convenient, and reasonably priced.  The only thing that they could work on is the punctuality of the pick up times.  The rest of the experience was satisfactory.  My daughter has also used them.  I would highly recommend this service."

"Ethan did an excellent job of designing and executing my Goshen-stone walkways and patio, and pebble-stone patio. I was very pleased with the work that he did on my property, transforming ugly spaces (concrete and overgrown grass) into beautiful and relaxing ones. For examples, he transformed a disused and unappealing upper patio into a Goshen-stone, lakefront retreat. In addition, he came up with a creative solution to transform a dilapidated lower concrete patio into a pebble-stone patio with beautiful granite-stone edging and blue-stone steppers; this solution also saved me from the expense of having to tear out the concrete. My neighbors and visitors have all given compliments on the beautiful stonework. I rate Ethan's Eden an A, including the pricing. His work is well worth the price because he does QUALITY work (design, execution, and customer service). Plus, he is a really pleasant person who understands his clients."

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"My experience with Home Improvement Specialists has been excellent. My home needed a wide variety of repairs and upgrades, things that had been neglected in recent years due to my husband's medical issues which prevented him from completing projects he had started when he lost his vision. Unfortunately my husband passed away and I had to hire someone to finish the work he started, and to make some pretty major upgrades to my home. The first person I hired didn’t get very far before needing surgery himself, leaving him incapacitated and unable to do the work. I reached out to Home Improvement Specialists after seeing their excellent rating on Angie’s List and after meeting with, and talking to Jody and Sean extensively about my needs, I immediately had peace of mind in their ability to complete the work and in the skill level of their employees. Every employee that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting has been kind and professional, and have completed their assigned tasks to perfection. Jody and Sean have gone above and beyond for not only me, but also for my mom who recently fell off of her front steps cracking her head open on the side of her house. When I asked for an estimate to install a railing at Mom’s home, after hearing what had happened, Jody not only provided me with the estimate in a day, she also had the railing installed within two days of the accident. Every project to date has been provided at a fair cost by highly skilled employees in a professional and compassionate manner. I will definitely use this company for all of my future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home repairs or home improvements. Michelle Schweitzer Springfield, MA"
