They ended up having to tear out the perimeter foundation and add drains and replace our sump pump, next big rain it leaked again and they came out and redone everything again and added a bigger sump pump and that did the trick, we have been basement flood free for 5 years now thanks to everdry. "The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."

"They were very, very good and I have nothing but good things to say about them. It has been absolutely trouble-free. I have had zero problems with water in the basement since then. They gave me the estimate in April 2009 and did the work that June. I would absolutely have them do it again. Their price was really good. I had another bid that was thousands more than their quote. I only got two bids and this one was way less. I saved a lot of money by going with this company and it was absolutely perfect. They did a nice job on the pump installation and they put in a battery backup system. My basement had some pretty bad leaks and it has rained a lot since then. I check it and it has been bone dry. I can tell when the pump comes on if I am downstairs and I can also see the pipe discharge where it pumps out. On a rainy day it will come on every two minutes and it is actually working pretty well. Everything they did was excellent. The people were nice and it only took them two days. The salesman was very courteous. He was out here when he said he would be. He met me somewhere else one day to transact some papers. Everything they said they would do, they did when they said they would do it. It couldn't have been any better. I would definitely use them again."

"I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

"Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!

"My sump pump failed during a bad rainstorm. I needed a replacement and I needed it very quickly. Despite being very busy, Mr. Rooter responded within about 4 hours. They had a replacement pump on the truck and completed the work very quickly. Dave was very professional and even took care to put covers on his shoes to keep dirt out of the house. The only thing that bothers me is the price. $600 is very expensive for a sump pump. But, I had to pay for a very quick response and they had a replacement pump stocked on their truck."

"The repairmen were friendly and professional. Work was done in a timely fashion. I was told that we would be called 30 minutes ahead of the time the guys would arrive at our house, we were called when they were sitting in our driveway so no heads-up, had to rush home, my wife and I were both at work. Once the work was finished they wanted to be paid on the spot. I was told I didn't have to be at the house while they worked if I was comfortable not being there. Since my wife and I both work full-time jobs we opted to have the work completed while we were at our jobs. I was working with a client at work that was very important, I could not break from them to take care of personal business. After about the 4th call to my cell I picked up to let them know it would be probably another hour or so before I could pay. The lady on the phone, Jamie sounded put-out and told me they need payment now and the worker could not leave my house until payment was made. I assured her I would call back....she did not like that answer. I almost had to hang up on her, she was being very persistent. I called back around 1:30 or 2pm, the phone went straight to voice mail, I left a message. I called back 5 more times that day to make the payment, still no call back. Finally the next week they called me for payment. These details needed to we worked out from the start. I already paid a $200 deposit and they knew we would be at work while the job was being done..."

He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain.
