"If I could leave no stars for this horrible company, that would be too many. Called on a Saturday due to a problem with our heat. The sent out a helper (their word) was nice but due to a slight delay, the owner, Jason, called his helper and was bent out of shape because he assumed he was "standing around wasting time and money." We had a broken thermostat, and they wanted $100 to replace it (connecting five wires), $100 for a fuse (even though we had aone on hand) and $199 for the service call. We had to wait for the helper to go get a new fuse. I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely by a business owner and treated with such distain. We are on a contract with them, so they service our HVAC regularly and are paid upfront for a yearly contact. We are supposed to receive a 10% discount on any repair -- we didn't get the discount. When leaving, I asked for a receipt and was told they could email it. They were also disappointed we were paying by check. Hire another company. "

Kris(the owner) took his time evaluating our existing system and making sure we were properly informed and educated about the options, made suggestions for things that we could address on our own and caught a number of things that all the other contractors had missed. If you're in the market for a new HVAC system, needing repairs, or just want to see what improvements could be made to your existing setup I 100% recommend giving them a call!"

"Everything started out great. The person came out and ordered the parts. My husband took the day off of work to wait for the repair person. They never showed up. I went online to use the chat function to find out what to do next. It isn't actually a chat function: it only allows you to do 7 things none of which is figure out when someone is coming. It just kept tellming me my appointment was yesterday and there is no way to speak with a human."
