"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. "Quality of the windows are excellent. The windows are beautifully capped. Installers were great. Job took two days (one to replace, the second to cap). Windows took about 5 weeks (from sales visit to original install date). Good to know: - Initial installation appointment was rescheduled the morning of due to rain. - Installers remove window treatments but do not put them back up. - Good to have drop-cloths around since installers did not seem to have enough of them and don't take their shoes off during replacement (since they're constantly in and out)."
