Because this is a rental property, only the tenants were there when they arrived to put in the filtration system - so I was not able to see a demonstration of how it works, AND I had to reimburse the tenant for going into work late while he stayed for the installation. Admittedly, they were squeezing this work in, as I said "asap", because the water was in terrible condition - but if I had received a call I would have been there in 40 minutes."

The water quality was potable but had high salts, sulfer and iron - I was advised to have a new well drilled (not by Sima), they said, that might be the route to take, but we should try sealing off a couple hundred feet and draw water from a higher level and see if that improved the water quality - they handled everything professionally, answered all my questions and successfully remediated the qulaity of my well water.
