"GoTo Roofing was very prompt in scheduling our serious roofing issues. I was not able to be there while they were working or was I able to inspect the finished job until a couple of weeks later. I was impressed with the workmanship! The chimney, vents and even the original lightning rods were blended and sealed perfectly! In addition, a piece of trim siding that had blown off the peak of the house was replaced-I would have never been able to get up there! I was thrilled at their kindness, replacing it even though it was not part of their job! This is the second time we have used GoTo Roofing-I HIGHLY recommend them!"

The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roofman!"

They were up working in 3 weeks. The crew did an awesome job! They were thorough with their work, and any questions or concerns they had while working were relayed to me. Great crew, great company!"

"First, I must say, they did an excellent job, this work was done 4 years ago.  The attic of this home was COVERED in mold.  It  was completely removed (so well we haven't a fleck of it return).  The work was done in the time quoted, and the price was comparable to other estimates.  The only issue I had was that the guy that came to bid the job described how careful they would be to contain the mold as they were removing it.  He stated they would wear protective clothing and would remove it in such a way there wouldn't be contamination of other areas. They would enter the attic through a hole in the garage so access wouldn't involve going into the attic through the house.  Sounded great.  On one of the days they were working, one of the guys came in to the house to use the bathroom wearing the protective suit he had been wearing in the attic!  I just felt it was unprofessional and risky. It wasn't what was promised.

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
