Another contractor had deserted me, leaving new hardwood stairs that were scratched, then sealed with an outside furniture finish that turned them yellow. Wes Baker gave me a quote to restore and make them match my LVP. When I called to book, the respond was quick with Scott coming that week. He patiently worked to refinish the steps, trying different stains until I was satisfied. He was polite, efficient, focused, and he consistently took care to clean up after he worked.
