"The crew is very efficient and the supervisor is personable. They take pictures of any issues and review with you. They work fast and are all business when getting the job done. As an Owens Corning Platinum dealer the labor and materials warranty are very good. My only concern (that is covered by warranty) is that the difference between a 110 mph and a 130 mph roof is the number of nails per shingle; 6 vs 4. Some members of the crew were so used to using just 4 nails per shingle, that I observed quite a few shingles installed with 4 instead of 6 nails. Not a huge concern. The OC transferable warranty is a good one, and may increase the resale value."
