Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. "I was very impressed with their professionalism. They came quickly and on time. They were very professional. They did an excellent job for a very fair price They are easy to get along with and very responsive to customer requests. They replaced the roof of my sunroom which had been chewed by a raccoon. They placed a metal striping on the edge as well as replacing the wood and replacing the roofing. They even replaced the gutter for free. It was a real pleasure working with them. They are as excellent and professional as anyone could ever want. Afterward, they cleaned up completely and hauled all the garbage away. I would recommend them completely. You will not be disappointed. A very professional company. In August 2020, I again hired them. The storm had ripped the trim off my roof. I called them and they gave me a very fair estimate and did the work the same day. While they were on the roof, they noticed that my chimney was damaged and leaking. I asked them to repair it and they did it very nicely and professionally for a very fair price. They came when they promised and did the work exactly as specified. "Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."
