The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. "Bill and his crew were nothing but professional, swift, and tidy. The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible.
