They were able to come out quickly for the initial inspection and estimate, and provided me with a written estimate with pictures within a couple of days. Scheduling the repair was quick and easy, and the workers were prompt and professional come repair day. They provided me with pictures of the roof post-repair, so I could see for myself how the repairs were done - uniformly excellent all around. We were left with the remainder of the shingles should other repairs be necessary down the line. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication.
