"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "Above and Beyond is a great company to work with, they are efficient, personable and professional. They had to do some troubleshooting to figure out the most cost effective way to both remove a drain rod that broke off when I tried to do it myself. They got the rod out and dug in front of the house and coordinated with the city to show, with their cameras, that the roots from a large tree planted in the parkway was the root of the problem. The city removed the tree. Above and a beyond came back about 11/12 months later to rod out again. Still more roots. Theyâ ll be back next year to check and will be my plumbers forever! "When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. "Once they located the main drain line, they did a really job of clearing it out. However, they left the debris from the drain line in the front yard and left deep tracks in the front lawn from their equipment."
