"Patrick came the same day we called him, worked hard to open up our clogged sewer and when snaking didn't fix it explained our options in a clear and professional manner. He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. "Water, Water, Water all over the place especially flooding my outside porch area leading to my front door. The water was accompanied by a low level pungent order. Being a DIY person, I sprang into action. Pulled out the auger and went to work. From a standing puddle to stinky waves was the result. I needed help. By chance, I called the company with a name that I hoped they could live up to, I called Chicago Sewer Experts. A friendly woman answered my call and we scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am. Off to a great start as the work van pulled up the next morning on time. Out jump a charismatic energetic gentleman who introduced himself as Jonathan, the à ¢à  à  Chefà ¢à  à  . Like any good chef, Jonathan surveyed the situation as he listened to a description of my problem. Obviously, this was not the Chefà ¢à  à  s first time seeing a lake on the front door of a home. The van doors swung open like a kitchen pantry and an auger was set in place. After a few minutes, the Chef did not like the tone of his auger rummaging through the sewer pipe. While talking about Singapore street food, the Chef did not miss a beat as he quickly changed utensils. Now a slightly bigger auger was dancing down the sewer pipe. The talk of Singapore fine dining was interrupted by the sound of successful auger punch through. Yes, the job was finished and done right. But the most amazing thing the Chef did was make time to follow up on his work. Birds of a feather flock together. I would like to think The Chicago Sewer Experts company is ripe with skilled journeymen the caliber of Chef Jonathan. Employees who care about excellent workmanship with a sense of pride and humor. "When I had a problem with the main sewer pipe another company came to fix the problem and they went from $275 TO $4600 in an instant. They recommended to install an exterior axis. I went online instead and found three other contractors which two of them recommended Aqua City Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. so I called them and when they came they made sure to open up the main sewer line and fixed the problem. Saved me around $400. The owner Chirs is pretty knowledgeable."

"I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"
