Water was seeping into our cantilevered bay window that was surrounded by raised brick planter boxes. sitting four feet above the ground. The job demanded a “think outside the box” approach as this project had many layers. Henry devised a plan that included more than tuckpointing and repairing the brick walls. Working from the inside of the planter boxes out, insulation that included layers of materials previously absent were added, Cement, wood, stones and dirt on top. The brick was mortared and waterproofed and drainage holes were added. The estimate came back quickly; the crew was on time; completion of the work was done earlier than expected. Our yard was left in clean condition and Henry’s team found places for the extra dirt and gravel, eliminating the need for hauling away and paying for disposal of material."

He grinded and patched all of the holes that were drilled in to the mortar by the previous owner (there were a lot), he grinded and patched areas where the mortar had crumbled away, he reset some stone window ledges that were loose, he cut out and replaced some bricks that were damaged as well, matching the bricks pretty well. He stopped and answered my questions when I asked them and his partner was very focused and worked hard. Oliver even gave me tips on how to clean my brick. I am extremely happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs brick work done. I have peace of mind now knowing that my brick work is repaired.
