About 1 ½ hours later he is at the door. he listened to my problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate on rodding before starting, and then cleared the drain, then gave an estimate on the other problems I had. "Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually.
