"I recently used Brian, to complete a quick turnaround water heater replacement. Condo I rent, the heater blew, I have tenants which are living in the condo, to set the scene. Brian at end of the normal business day, took the call, agreed to complete the repair and by the end of a short evening, had the water heater installed and old one heater disposed. His cost was very acceptable and after a little research his cost was less than 1/2 of H.Depot installation. We both agreed HD cost was excessive anyway but good to know. I assisted to appease my tenants during the repair, and he wasn't adverse to my watching his work from time to time. The laundry room was a bit tight space to work in. He kept the tools and his work noise and inconvenience to a minimum. To be fair, he chats a bit w/ you but its is comfortable banter and doesn't detract from the work. In a normal situation he would have estimated the work on site, purchased the materials (in fact he duplicates all parts needed, except the water heater of course, to have a back up plan in place) then returns the unused parts. I would recommend him. He'll be upfront about his scheduled work pending and if he cannot complete the project you need, he says he wouldn't leave you in the lurch. He communicates well and contacted me timely throughout."
