He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. "Arkadia Floorings (Mike Osan Mircea) has done a wonderful job of installing lvp in our basement. He is extremely meticulous , worked at a steady pace and completed the job with utmost care. He pulled out the carpets and cleanly packed them for easy disposal. Then he made the basement floor look really new without any costs overrun. The thresholds, shoe base installs, etc were done to tidy up further. For stairs going down to the basement , he pulled the rug out and there were hardwood stairs already. He resurfaced and stained with a color that matched the lvp. This actually reduced our costs . Towards the end of our job , he took extra time to clean up, vacuum and really leave the home slick n span. He also took care of a few extras - like cleaning up /buffing up some parts of existing wood floors elsewhere in the house, all for no extra cost."
