"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

We met with at least three different companies for options and NEWHAUS gave us the best price?we did not regret it. If you are hesitant (ladies, elderly, or just inexperienced dealing with matters like these, rest assured that the guys will keep it simple, and even help you out with possible options to save money in the midst of the process. My only advice is to just make sure the same people (from your end and theirs) that are present when the job proposal (estimate) is offered will also be present once the contract is signed to begin the work. As for the work, all three phases were smooth?demolition, repairs/replacement, final installation?and each team responsible for the three different tasks were professional, efficient, and did their jobs correctly. "Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"I hired Home Renew 360 for attic insulation installation, wood trim repairs and replacements due to termite infestation. Aiden was the project manager for this project. Aiden was polite, friendly and made my family and I feel like he was looking out for our best interest, which was appreciated. Originally we were looking to only have the attic insulation installation done since it was not up to code and Home Renew 360 came up with the lowest bid. However, termite damage was found in the attic and along the wood trim. So I ended up having them treat the attic for termites and repairing and/or replacing the wood trim that were damaged by termites. Once that was completed, they painted the wood trim and completed the attic insulation. There were different teams working on each part of the project and Aiden always communicated the status of the project, which was appreciated as well. The workers were always on time each day and they completed the work to my satisfaction. The only reason why I gave Home Renew 360 four stars instead of five was because after the project was completed, we discovered that both my brother's car and my father's car had a nail in their tires. We were not sure if it was due to the team who performed the wood trim repairs or from team who did the attic insulation installation. Hopefully next time those guys would inspect the areas they worked around to make sure not to leave anything behind that would cause damage to the client's property."
