"Jim was great to work with from start to finish. We did an entire interior remodel on an older home. Jim made great suggestions along the way, and designed everything using software that he shared with us, enabling us to see exactly how the layout would work, before starting anything. Despite doing the project during all the 2020 supply chain disruptions with materials, Jim finished on time. The quality was unbelievable. If you want an honest contractor with integrity and a ton of experience, Jim is your guy. His price was more than reasonable. Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with a lot!"

"Overall, she was very helpful giving me many good ideas and the work done to date looks great. For my bedroom, she gave me good options on artwork, bedding, and painting color choices. For the den, she rearranged my furniture making for a much better flow. She also helped with the design of a curio cabinet that has yet to be built. For my concrete and brickwork, she helped formulate working patterns which is being used to lay down a walkway. On the negative side, believe the majority of her work is on the mainline and charges prices as such. She also seems to have limited knowledge of stains- this seems to be a limitation of all designers so she is consistent on this."

"We hired John Elliott General Contractor to do a wide range of work. Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. They have demonstrated the flexibility to adjust to any existing conditions on site. I would highly recommend John Elliott general contractor for any in house or around the house work. He is professional with exceptional honesty. We have used their services in the past and we will be hiring them in the future for additional work."

He even did some things for me gratis and with out me asking. He patch a few places on the walls of the room not related to what I hired him for. "We had a 2500 square foot basement remodel done by West Chester Design Build. The project included several rooms, a complete kitchen and full bath with high end finishes. The team at WDB was very professional and did a fantastic job. The owner Chris Payson, was really easy to work with and helped us come up with a great design for our space. Our project manager, Wes Yoder, was very responsive to our requests and concerns throughout the project. He was always available. The team did a great job handling and unexpected issues that popped up during the remodel. Norm Mueller, the plumber was outstanding, and even fixed problems that cropped up from our original home builder. I also enjoyed working with Kim Caulfield, their in-house designer. . She met me at several locations to help pick out materials for the project as well as researching options online and sending them to me. Josh, the electrician, came up with many good lighting and electrical ideas. Their cost was a bit higher than others we interviewed, but you get what you pay for. The tiling/flooring quotes were a bit too high, so we opted to get those done on our own after the project was completed. We brought in our own cabinetmaker for the kitchen cabinets and built ins and he took longer than expected. WDB was very accommodating even though I'm sure it threw off their own project schedule. They are a great company to work with and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. <br />"
