"First State Garage Door is great! A cable slipped off of a pulley as my garage door was opening. I was able to get it back in place, but I noticed it was extremely frayed and would likely soon break. I search Angie's List and found First State. (I had used one of the national service providers in the past to change a spring, never again! The other company overcharged me and tried to tell me that their spring was better quality than the ones found at Sears. Complete BS!!) Well, at any rate, I left a message at First State, and Phil got back to me within a couple hours. We scheduled an appointment for him to stop by the next morning at 8am. Phil showed up on time, and had both cables replaced in about 15 minutes. He also lubricated the rollers on the door for me, and told me the 27 year old motor still looked like it was in good shape.
