"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I learned a lot about elevations and grading from Richard as he patiently walked my property with me on numerous occasions. Crews arrived on time as scheduled every day until jobs were completed. They were very courteous and hard-working. They installed French drains and a berm. They also did adjustments to grading and corrected faulty work done by previous companies. They took great care in ensuring the integrity of the sprinkler system while excavating. I found the pricing to be very reasonable especially when considering the value and quality of their work.
