"Overall, they did quality work and were nice and professional.  I would maybe consider using them again for certain tasks, but there are house cleaning services closer to me that would probably be smarter for me to use.

1.  I used a "deal" to have 6 hours of housecleaning and they sent 3 people for 2 hours.  2 of the 3 people showed up on time and started right away.  The 3rd showed up about 15 minutes later and started.  And, they all left about 10 minutes before the 2 hours were up.
2.  A rule for the deal was that you had to live within 20 miles of the business or they would charge you a fee of $30 or so.  I picked the company because I thought they were close.  Turns out that I live a half mile or 1 mile outside of the limit (depending on which map system you use).  I was charged the extra fee.  It was irritating and now I'm very careful to check the fine print.  It didn't turn out to be a deal after the added charge.
3.  The services I chose were cleaning bathrooms and cleaning floors.  Cleaning floors means only hardwood floors because I had to ask them to run the vacuum.  I had assumed it meant all floors regardless of the type of floor.
