The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Purchased a home in June 2018, on which Jent had JUST replaced the roof from wind damage. As new buyers we even picked out the color as it was being installed during the sale. Less than 6 months into owning the new home, the roof started leaking by a kitchen window with water running directly into an outlet. Husband disconnected the outlet and I called Jent. They said someone would be in touch. Nothing. I called again and they said there is no warranty for a new owner. Warranty doesn't transfer but they would have a project manager contact me. Nothing. Called again and "someone would be in touch"... That was in July. Had a roof inspector confirm that it was an installation issue. They do not stand behind their work. They do not communicate. I hope this review helps when considering a roofing contractor."
