"Came out with in a week, after speaking on the phone. Was pleased with service provided Currently weeds have been contained. Dandelions have been eliminated. Great communication also received a detailed summary of what was done and what was used to treat our yard happy with this service thus far."

"Not all the employees treat the entire lawn..."

"Amazingly well. Jeremy and the team at Cincinnati Lawn Service are fantastic. They have provided regular lawn maintenance (cutting, trimming, cleanup) and snow removal for me for the past two years. Simply put, they take care of all of my needs and go the extra mile as part of their "normal" services. Specifically, with snow removal, they include sidewalks and salting as part of the service - which I truly appreciate. They proactively recommend additional services without coming off too "sales-y" or aggressive. I don't know what I would do without the Cincinnati Lawn Service team!"

"They came when they said they were going to come and they did a good job with the lawn. They cut things that I didn't think could be cut and they trimmed them all. The owner was the guy that we dealt with. Unfortunately, he was very pushy. It had to be his way or we couldn't do it like I asked him to, which was every other week. He said no. He said because it would get too big in between. I find it problematic when people immediately say that they have huge lawn because I do and how much they charge and how much were getting a really good deal for something. I don't really care. I am just trying to get the best deal possible. That is why I stopped using them. If you can put up with the attitude, it was good service. If we had dealt with someone else who was a little more laid back, we probably would still be using them."

"Our yard turned out awesome. The guys did a great job. Everyone was very professional, work was done with a lot of care and in a timely manner. If any issues arose they were taken care of quickly and without incident. I would highly recommend Werbrich's for all of your landscaping or stone work needs."

"Cleaned out flower bed well, added dirt and plants, skimpy on the mulch.  Didn't set plants where I asked.  Didn't bring timbersrs, said there was no room on the truck, I had to e-mail them several days later to remind them.  Only brought 3, I had ordered and paid for 4.  Were not timely in their service, it took several weeks for them to complete the job.  One e-mail from them said they needed a bobcat to do the job and I responded that they were not bringing a bobcat into my yard since it wasn't needed for this job.  I have since e-mailed them about the timbers and told them (with picture) that they had jammed one up against another and knocked it to the side. They have not responded.  I will now have to get more mulch and get other new timber to replace the one knocked to the side. Would not recommend. Poor workmanship, lack of professionalism in communication and don't care attitude!!

"Was difficult to contact and schedule, but owner explained they were working in Oxford, OH after a storm took down many trees.  Should have answered the phone or left a message.  Anyway, after finally getting an appointment, all went well."
