He work for approximately one hour trying to clear the drain. unfortunately because of the age of our house, the cast iron pipe was just too deteriorated . He was unable to clear the drain to his satisfaction . Adhering to his company's policy, we were not charged for the service call. Josh was very professional and showed pride in his work and the company he represented."

"We live in Meridian-Kessler and watched two neighbors on our block endure the inconvenience and stress of sewer line collapses and back-ups into their basements.  In order to prevent the same fate for us, we decided to be proactive and have our sewer line redone before we had any problems.  The gentlemen at SLB were amazing -- they were incredibly responsive to our questions, our schedules, and our concerns.  They were able to dig a small hole (approximately 3 x 4 feet) in the concrete basement floor and they cleaned and relined the sewer line from that access point (they even rolled up our carpet and moved our basement furniture for us!).  The job took two days (each about 1/2 day) with no interruption to our home life (all work was completed while we were at work).  We now have a re-lined sewer line with a 50 year guarantee with no mess, no damage to our yard or landscaping, and all at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"We had opened our basement for use as an apartment for a friend of ours. The basement was set up for use as separate living quarters, but had not been used for anything but storage in two decades. When our friend arrived, we discovered that the sprayer on the kitchen sink leaked and that the drain pipe for the clothes washer was clogged. I attempted to fix both problems and failed. I could not replace the sprayer on the sink, because the unit was too old (50+ years) and I could not find compatible parts and I could not replace the whole faucet anmd sprayer because the old unit was soldered into place. I tried to use an auger to clear the drain but the problem was deeper than I could reach. I called Whitehead Hancock on a Friday evening. They said they would send someone the following Monday. <br /> The plumber showed up after calling Monday morning and fixed both problems in 2 hours.
