"I had other people come, but they just have the right people to be able to figure things out. It is a small company, but they do an amazing job. The plumbing issue was totally repaired and it was one of those things that I was worried it might be like a lot of money, but it was not. The thing I like about them is if they do not think that it needs extra stuff, they do not do it. I had one company in Manhattan that came to my home and they tried to talk me in regards to the heater that I need a brand new furnace and it was going to be $8,000. They came in and told me that I do not need a furnace. They said that I just needed a piece of the equipment. They did it and fix it and it was good. They were very honest. The cost was for the part and service as well. I do not use anybody but them now. Their price is competitive and fair. I am just pleased with them. I never had a problem with it after they fixed it like a follow-through type of problem. For example, Friday we had problems with the garbage disposal. I called them. Then, after I called them, we played with the garbage disposal more and got it to work. I called them back and told them that we had it fixed. Everything was okay and they did not need to come. This morning, they called me to see if everything was still alright with the garbage disposal and if there is anything that they needed to do. They have follow-through. They did not need to call me, but they did. They are a good company."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
