Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. "Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."
