"AA Appliance Repair did a great job. They were timely and very professional. They understood the problem, worked efficiently and efficiently. They cleaned up the work area and left the laundry room as they found it. My wife liked the AA Appliance Repair team and will not hesitate to hire them again."

"Bob was punctual and quickly diagnosed the problem. He really knows his stuff and we would not hesitate to call him again for any appliance repairs."

"Very professional and efficient repair. After taking readings from his meter and mentioning that this repair might not work because of the age of the fridge, Jeremiah installed the new part on the small chance that it might work and it WORKS BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE! I'm sure the fridge is at least 25yr old. Thank you Jeremiah for saving us the cost of a new fridge!"

"We called for a repair on our Asko dishwasher. They said they would need to make two trips-- one for diagnostics and one for the repair. That made sense because we knew that they wouldn't carry spare parts for an Asko around with them. We asked what it would cost for the second visit and they said nothing extra, since we would already have paid for the service call. But after they had completed the diagnostic and called to tell us the proce for the rest of the repair, they said that we would have to pay AGAIN for the repair visit. So that is $250 ON TOP of the actual cost of the parts and labor.
Ridiculously expensive and we would never have agreed to have them out for the diagnostic, if we had know that that was the base price. We are very disappointed in this kind of bad behavior.

"Terrific company to work with! Pacific Crest Plumbing replaced my old and failing water heater with a new improved unit. They were professional, timely, and efficient. The job was done as scheduled and above my expectations. They added an insulating foam block under the heater to increase efficiency of the unit and also installed better earth quake straps. A job well done and highly recommended."
